This item is from my great aunts estate. It is a real Ivory and 14K gold ring size 6 3/4. The top is approx. 1 1/8 inches wide, 3/4 inches long! It is good condition, nothing cracked, chipped, repaired, or broken. Could use a little cleaning. It is really pretty in person and much better then photo shows.
