This Gar-Ru mechanical elephant bank was made by the Ru-Gar Entertainment Company and is in excellent condition overall. The paint is original, with very little missing. These are much more commonly found with tons of paint chipped off. The tail and trunk mechanism works flawlessly. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Thank you.
