Due to a rapid increase in buyer fraud (I was shocked - as I only sell scout badges) please be aware of the following new policy - I will now only be shipping by a trackable medium and the costs will be passed along to the buyer. If a Paypal claim is filed against me, they demand a tracking number or they will reverse the charges and I will be out both the item and the money. This has just happened to me. I make a point of being a trustworthy Scout and Ebayer and it really hurts to be accused of fraud and not be able to defend myself against it. This will protect both you and I. Thanks!
