Today's offering is a nice brass Dudley combination padlock with known combination which opens the padlock easily. This lock is in superb condition, with a nice patina, no rust, and is marked MADE IN U.S.A. Dudley REG. U.S. PAT. OFF. on back. Also on the back it says DUDLEY LOCK CORP. CHICAGO, ILL. PATENTS NO. 1736183 OTHERS PENDING. This lock looks like it was purchased new years ago, put away and never used, making a fine addition or upgrade for your collection. The combination will be supplied with the padlock, and it opens properly with a strong shackle spring and good action. No holes or other alterations were made in the padlock; I found the combination by trial and error over several hours.
