FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION One Pair Of 1940's Nothing Fancy, Just Working, Vintage Bullhide Chaps, UnMarked, This Pair of Old Chaps According To The New Mexico Cowboy That I got Them From Back In 1980, Told Me He Traded For Them In The 50's From A Old Cowhand That Worked On A Ranch Near Buckhorn NM, About 50 Miles North Of Silver City. This Old Cowhand Thought He Had Bought Them In The 30's or 40's In Silver City. This Pair Is Made From Heavy Bullhide And Worn For Many Years by Two Working Cowboys But Are Still In Good Wearable Condition, I have Worn These A Few Times Myself. This Pair Has The Old Style Rolled Leather Buttons On The Leg Straps And The Two Pockets. They Are 36" From The Yoke To The Bottom Of the Chaps They are Adjustable For A 28" to 36" or So, Waist Size, The Cowboy I Got This From Is Pard McKuen, I Have Known Him For Many Years and Wears ( I'm Not Sure He Ever Takes Them Off) Spurs I Made For Him Many Years Back, Pard is A Young 70 Years Old Now And Says He Never had A Public Job, Just Cowboying, From Mexico To Montana and And Most States In between, Old Pard Told me He Ran Away From The Family Ranch In Western NM at 14, And Hitch Hiked to Montana To Work On A Cow Outfit. I have A photo Of Pard When We Were At A Cowcamp In Utah In 2001, He is On My Little Cowhorse "JR". As Pard Would Tell You, This Pair of Chaps Could read more
