This very rare Burmese Glass Footed Bowl by Pairpoint Glass of Sagamore Mass. is truly lovely. Pairpoint stopped making Burmese glass in about 1970, so it is at least that old. It has the rough, unfinished pontil characteristic of Pairpoint's Burmese glass. Salmon colored rim, blending into a translucent yellow for the stem and base. A very elegant piece! 5 3/4" across the top and 5 1/2" tall, it makes a statement to your good taste! Become an instant collector of fine Burmese Glass!!! See below.
