This heavily impressed piece has the look of a German manufacturer, but is not marked anyw It measures 16" X 6.5" and is in Good Vintage Condition. The foot attached to her cane has a bend and t is some paint chipping (note her eyes and shirt sleeve). Handwritten on the back in pencil is "Tiller". It dates to circa 1920.
