For auction is this beautiful Arts & Crafts style Calco Tile and Wrought Iron Trivet. These colorful tiles are Calco originals and stamped on the back of each tile is "No. D6 Calco Tile". The tiles have typical colors used by California artists including rish blues, reds, yellows and greens. The tiles measure 6"x6" each (for a total trivet dimension of 12"x6"). Each tile is also 0.5" thick. One tile has a small chip in the edge, but when placed in the trivet frame, it is barely noticeable. For the tile collector or the gourmet cook, this piece will add tons of interest to you home! Calco tiles (stamped ones at that) are very hard to find these days, and to say that you own 2 - protected in a wrought iron trivet - would be simply amazing!
