DIE CAST FRAME. THEY MEASURE ABOUT 3-1/4". ALL NEW AND UNUSED ON THE ORIGINAL CARDS. THE CARDS SHOW A LITTLE BIT OF WEAR FROM AGE AND ONE IS SOILED. CAPS NOT INCLUDED. CIRCA 1970'S. MADE IN HONG KONG. Because of their small size and as per an Ebay rep, they do not require the orange barrel plug.
