This auction includes a VINTAGE CAPODIMONTE KERAMOS CHOCOLATE SET ON A STAND Standing approximately 15 inches in height, this beautiful set shows a pot in a holder at the top with 6 chocolate cups in holders on the bottom The cups on the bottom surround a single cup which rests in a holder that is fastened to a wooden base that rests in the bottom of the metal The metal appears to brass and is quite decorative and lacy One of the cups has a crack which is visible from the inside but not very noticeable from the outside (the picture is taken from the rim down into the cup) Everything else is in near mint condition with no chips or cracks The bottoms read KERAMOS / R. CAPODIMONTE / ITALY and t is a CROWN WITH AN N also I do not know the age of this item but do know it came from an estate of a woman who had been in the antique business for many years I am not very knowledgeable regarding this type of item, so I really do not understand the function of the pot on top though it appears that the single cup in the bottom is t to heat the pot at the top This is a very beatiful set, with trim in gold and a garland of roses in the gold band 100% satisfaction guaranteed less shipping Thank you for viewing my auction and I hope you will view my other auctions
