Here are 20 cards of unknown origin. There are 5 sets of 4 Cards. For those who are familiar with the Dr. Busby Card game by Ives (mid 1800's), you will see that this artwork is very similar. Perhaps the same artists produced this game. There is a doctor card, so perhaps this is a Dr. Busby variation. I am not familiar with these cards at all. They appear to be hand colored and the printing seems to be fairly primitive. The cards are about 2 inches by 3.5 inches. Set number 2 has a card with writing on it. The backs of set 2 are shown. The cards have some soiling and some bent corners, nothing too bad except for the one card in set 2. Can anyone enlighten me further? Vintage Card Game Dr Busby? Ives? Hand Colored Artwork.
