VINTAGE CARL-ART STERLING WREATH-SHAPED HAND-SET RHINESTONE BROOCH/PIN This delicate Carl-Art rhinestone brooch is wreath shaped, and all the stones are hand-set. The inner circle is composed of 14 round rhinestones, and the outer circle has 16 cabochon stones. The brooch is 1 3/8" in diameter. The pin is marked "Sterling" in an oval. The Carl-Art mark has a right-facing arrow with CA in the center. I was unable to get this to show up in the photo. The Carl-Art company originated in Germany then moved to the U.S. It operated between 1936 and 1953. The company was a majoy manufacturer of quality costume jewelry. Condition is excellent. The stones are very brilliant, t is no yellowing, and t are no chipped or replaced stones.
