I am selling a VINTAGE - CASE - 62048 - Slimline Trapper Knife- 7 Dot. This knife is from my late husband's knife collection. This knife is new - never been used or sharpened. It features brass liners - jigged bone Delrin handles with Case inlaid on the handle. It has Case XX USA followed by 7 dots stamped on the tang. On the reverse side, it has 62048 stamped on it. It meaures 7 3/8" open - primary blade is 2 78" - secondary blade is 2 3/4" - closed is 4". Sold "as is". Please email me if you have any questions or would like additional pictures. This is in regard to the shields on Case knives. The shields were pinned on bone and stag handled Case knives until the late 1970's at which point the company started gluing them on. I believe this knife to have imitation jigged bone Delrin handles. The shield is not pinned to the knife. Thank you.
