Vintage Case XX 31048 1 Blade Folding Knife 1940-1964Here is a nice Case XX 31048 one blade folding knife manufactured between 1940 and 1964 or between 1945 and 1964 depending on who you speak to. Some collectors call the XX knives "era knives." This knife is approximately 4" long when closed and approximately 7 3/8" long when opened. The blade has a nice snap when it closes. It has some staining on the blade. The CASE XX marking is very strong while the 31048 marking is very weak with just part of the 0 being visible and the 4 and 8 are the only digits that are well struck.It would be a nice addition to any collection or a starting point for a beginning collection.No sales to anyone under 18 years of age, by bidding on this item you are affirming you are of legal age to own these knives based on the laws of the state where you reside.The item in the pictures is what you will receive, please review them closely to help make your buying decision as the pictures are an important part of the description.No international shipping.
