This is vintage cow bone handle CATTARAUGUS congress knife that has been REWORKED !! It is a original unsharpened Cattaraugus blade But I don't believe the frame and file to be original !! The bone handles have no cracks or damage. The blades have a good snap, sometimes the file blade goes on the wrong side of the master. It is about 3 1/4" long in the closed position. Had to relist, eBay took it off for noting cow bone. Bought this knife in a collection years ago.
