VINTAGE CHANEL No. 5 In this auction we have a box of three Chanel No. 5 HAND soaps. The Chanel name is imprinted into the soap. The box is marked No. 5 ~ CHANEL ~ Made in England". Each soap measures approx 3 1/8" long. The scent of Chanel No. 5 is still amazingly strong. In the early 1950's my friend's father was in the Merchant Marine. On every trip he brought back perfumes, colognes, soaps and powders of the finest perfumes of the times. We therefore have a genuine treasure trove of these that have never been opened or used. Of interest is that none of the bottles or boxes have weights or measures on them - so I will give you measurements as close as possible. We hope you enjoy viewing and bidding on these rare finds.
