( Division ofLiggett and Myers Tobacco Company) produced in the mid 1980's thru the mid to late 1990'sThe pack has the third government warning - 10/85 - on it (" SURGEON GENERAL'S WARNING " any one of four forms used found randomly on packs) and a bar code.Liggett and Myers Tobacco Company the original makers of Chesterfield cigarettes and many other popular brands of the day. Chesterfield cigarettes was one of the most recognized brands of the early and mid 20th century, but sales declined steadily over the years and in 1999 Liggett sold the Chesterfield brand to Philip Morris Companies Inc. , it has been absent from U S advertising for many years.- The value of the item is the collectible packaging, not the tobacco itself.- The value of the packaging is higher then the current retail price of the tobacco in the package.- While the package itself has never been opened, the tobacco inside is not for consumption.- The collectible packaging is not available in stores.- The buyer must be at least 19 years of age.
