6 Vintage children books. Published 1932 by Platt&Monk. Includes,Little Black Sambo, Peter Rabbit, Chicken Little, The First Circus, The Rooster The Mouse and The Red Hen and The little Red Hen and The Grain of Wheat. Series #3100- A, B, C, E, F & G. These are all from my 87 year old grandmothers belongings. Half of all the pages are in color,the other half in black & white. The pages,staples and spine are all fully attached. The books show their age with slight wear around the edges and some small folds on some corners. However they seem in remarkable shape for being 81 years old. The Little Red Hen & Grain of Wheat does have a child's crayon marks & a slight tear on back cover. (shown in the picture) . The Peter Rabbit has some pencil scribbling also on the back. (also shown in picture).
