.........Vintage 1986 Chinese bike license with unused plate, original plastic booklet and license, with rules of the road, and extra space for violations. .. Also included is the permission slip for this person to buy the license for a public government military bicycle – the slip comes from the 21st Aerospace Flying Team. Owners name: Liu Qiang. .. Front cover reads: "Lanzhou Zi Xing Che Zhi Zhao"........... Lanzhou (city) bicycle drive license .. Rules of the road include: .. must have this license with you to ride; ..can't park in the city; .. no crazy riding;.. no riding without hands;.. nobody can ride on the back of the bike;.. must have a bell and a big lock. .. Just some of the highlights. The funniest thing is that anyone who has ridden a bike in China KNOWS that there are NO RULES when it comes to riding, it's totally chaotic. .. I once saw a guy with a refrigerator strapped to the side of his Flying Pigeon, tooling down the road. Now that took skill. .. Licence plate reads “GAN SU” then “Bicycle License”. (Zhi Xing Che Pai Zhao). That's Gansu Province. Chinese for bicycle is 'Zi Xing Che' (zuh shing chuh) .. Rare to find all intact like this. Not split, light wear.
