ROUND DELUXE FOIL PLASTIC & POINSETTIA TREE TOPPER with 16 red/green BLINKING LIGHTS If one goes out the rest stay lit,about 7" tall,was told that this is new and never used,comes with stem and replacement bulbs,by LIBERTY BELL CHRISTMAS INC.,looks to be made in June 1983 VERY NICE!!!,I have a collection and chose one like this for my tree this year,It lights beautifully!!! see my other Christmas items listed! will combine shipping when possible
