Adjustable shoulder strap makes a drop length of 19 - 21 inches. Bag has been well used and has some marks however this bag is made of the quality thick leather that Coach bags used to be - it is much sturdier and a better quality bag than the ones they sell now in my opinion. It will absolutely last forever! If you use a good quality leather cleaner/conditioner it will greatly rejeuvenate this bag. I do not think the photos give this bag justice and the marks to the bag are mainly surface scratches with some wear to the corners - there are no cracks, gouges, holes, tears, or anything that would require repair. the brass latch could use polishing/cleaning as well.
