I listed these as silver plate as they came in the F. B. ROGERS SILVER COMPANY box. T is not any markings as to if they are silver, silver plate, sterling, or chrome. They were used as they had salt & pepper in them which I removed and t are 2 sets. They were in plactic covers as pictured in #3 and they are back in the covers. To me the glass looks colbalt blue. They are in very good condition. The inside lid of the box is cushioned and the outside of the box is in very good condition. They are 2 1/2 inches high and the bottom is 1 inch across.
