This is a really sweet full sized Connecticut pattern axe head made by Collins. The maker's mark notes Collinsville CONN and sports the Collings crown/arm/hammer logo. The axe head is in great condition with a nice edge, a perfect eye and a little mushrooming on the poll. Overall a nice piece and perfect for a restore/project.This axe head is 6.5 inches long with a 5 inch edge. Weight is 3.5lbs.Please ask any questions and please see my other listings.
