It is decorated with a metallic paint that when viewed straight on, appears to be silver, but when held at an angle, appears in gold~ Perfect condition with no chips, cracks or scratches, this plate depicts the Governor's Palace; Moore House, Yorktown; Colonial Capital; Jamestown Church Tower; Wythe House and Wren Building. 7.55" in diameter.
