O'CONNORModel 30Fluid Headwith Heavy Duty Tri-PodThis combination is older and it has been used as indicated by scratched or missing paint on the head, scratches and scars on the tri-pod, missing labels on the tri-pod and other normal wear and tear. The tri-pod height adjusts from about 27"s to about 66"s. The head does not appear to have a base. It does seem to rotate freely and tilt up and down. The lower extensions of the tri-pod appear to be made of aluminum while the top looks like steel offering a stronger and higher capacity tri-pod.
