This is a vintage CONOCO EMPLOYEE SAFETY SERVICE PIN ~ 20 YEARS WITHOUT ACCIDENT (please excuse blurs or 'spots' from my poor photography skills). Pin measures slightly over 5/8 inch diameter; pin is perfect and pinback clasp opens and closes smoothly & securely. Colors are gold with green and red enameling (gold lettering) on white background; unsure what type gold tone metal (magnet does NOT hold); I believe it's gold filled or gold plated (?) but pin back is UNMARKED (NO maker's mark or stamp). Overall excellent uncleaned, unpolished original vintage condition. NO major surface scratches or any noticeable damage. Exact age unknown (30's, 40's?).
