Not sure what this is but it reminds me of a cookie press for very thin biscuits or wafers. In Norway they call them KrumKaki, also could be Chinese Fortune Cookies. T are Chinese marks on the out side of the press and this one has a bird like a pheasant on one side and a floral pattern on the other side. Also reminds me of something that might be early American from Colonial Williamsburg days. Looks like they should work great. Don't see any damage. Measures 18" long, 4.5" across the circular part.
