Great Finds From Estate Auctions! Up for auction is a very handsome vintage copper teapot or kettle with a brass handle, spout & lid knob. T are also ornate brass decorations on the sides. The piece is approx. 7.25" to the top of the handle (which does not move). It's about 5.75" at its widest diameter. The lid opening is 2" in diameter. The kettle is unmarked by a maker. It's in nice condition only very minor dings and little surface wear. The lid fits tight and secure but only when you get it turned to the right spot. I purchased this at auction and am uncertain of its age but believe it to be several decades old.
