I am pleased to offer to you a rare large sized CORDEY footed porcelain box. This size is more of a statement piece, therefore I would not call it a trinket box.The French bombe chest shape is in a creamy white with deeper shading toward the corners and edges which are accented in gold scroll work. Pinkish purple roses are applied to the top and two sides. On the top there are two large roses, four smaller roses. Green leaves tipped in brown surround the roses. Two small roses are on either side of the base.Measurements: 7" wide x 4 7/8" deep x 5 1/2" tall to the top of the roses.The bottom is stamped CORDEY in blue and numbered 6053. The higher the number, the larger the size box. CORDEY is also engraved above the number 3 barely visible in the second to last photo.The condition is excellent. There are no chips or cracks to the box. There are no chips to the roses or leaves on the top. There is one small chip to the right side of the small rose on the base, shown in the last photo.Pay Pal only.
