Fresh from rural central Wisconsin is this unusual Corticelli 1900 Spool Cabinet. Though I am not a wood expert, it appears that the vintage cabinet is mainly maple. This gem measure:s: 23-1/2" W, 20-1/2" D, and 36-3/4" T. These wonderful pieces are extremely difficult to find now days. This Cabinet has 5-Drawers...with the top drawer being glass....showing a wonderful display of colored thread spools. There are 3 larger drawers in the middle with a smaller drawer on the bottom, which is divided. Everything is original. The cabinet displays mirrors on two sides [see photos] Condition wise the piece is in good condition for its age but does needs to be refinished to bring back its glamour and beauty. The piece is damage free with two exceptions; One small piece of the top ornate trim is missing [see photo] and a small partial trim piece above the bottom drawer is missing. Well worth restoring to its original beauty to make it a show piece again. Feel free to ask questions.
