Hello, and Thanks for Finding My Auction! Vintage 1940's Crown Trifari Alfred Philippe Pastel Floral Rhinestone Silvertone Fur Clip. Design Patent No. 122206.The fur clip is in good condition as it is missing two tiny rhinestones in the stems of the leaves (please see close up photo). One tiny rhinestone near the top of a leave appears to be sunken in (please see close up photo). T appears to be a tiny crack on the blue flower w it connects to the leaf (please see close up photo). The problems with the fur clip I believe are minor as you need to be looking at the fur clip really close up to see them. No broken prongs and all of the rhinestones appear solid. The fur clip is marked on the back with the Crown Trifari label and Des. Pat. No. 122206. I know that this fur clip is from 1940 and by Alfred Philippe as I looked up the design number in a book. The fur clip measures approx 3 7/8" tall x 2 3/8" wide. This beautiful fur clip will be boxed and sent in a box to protect it from damage.
