An unusual egg-shaped glass dome enclosing real English flowers (according to the paper label) and a real butterfly with brown and pale orange markings to its wings. By Michael R Curzon, and I think dating from the late 70's / early 80's. All in good vintage order - slight surface wear, and a little fading to the ferns, but the flowers are still bright and the butterfly in good condition.
