This replica black powder Napoleon III cannon was made from a kit in 1976. It was manufactured by the Connecticut Valley Arms company. The original booklet instructions are included. The cannon has been a display piece, but is fully functional as far as I know (I've never shot it). There is a video available on YouTube (NOT my video, but someone else's) of this model of cannon being fired, in case you're interested in seeing it shot. The overall condition is very, very good. There is some minor surface rust that would come off easily with some polish. Measurements are approximately 28" long x 13" wide x 12" tall. Barrel is marked "Spain" and "Black Powder Only". The cannon weighs approximately 19 pounds. I believe this cannon is 1/16 scale.
