Some peeling of the paint on the back of the tubes and a couple ends of the vinyl/rubber tubes have wear and are deteriorating (see pics) - I don't know if this is vital to operation but want to make it known! No cracks in glass tubing. Needs light cleaning. Transformer dated 1986, neon by Mt. Vernon Neon Sign, Miller Brewing Company. Overall size with transformer is 23 x 15 x 7 inches, weighs 23 lbs.
