VINTAGE Danish Nymolle Faience Figurine Artist Signed This figurine was made with the Scandinavian flair for simplicity and elegance. The figurine seems to be faience pottery and was mold formed. Female figure in 15th or 16th century clothing decorated with a detailed Florentine type design in red. Marked on the bottom in red with: a logo over NYMOLLE DENMARK DECOR over the initials A B or MB and the numbers 2097-484. I wasn't able to find out whose initials are on this piece but I'm sure someone out t will recognize them. Probably circa 1960s. The figurine is about 7 3/8" high and has a 2 1/4" x 2 1/2" base. Vent hole and wear on the bottom as t should be. Excellent condition. Bidding starts at $30 with no reserve.
