Beautiful vintage decorative scales by Giuliani creations. This piece really makes a statement. Wonderful raised brass detail. White slag marble pedestal base.. stair step style bottom. Measures 16 inches from point balance to point balance. Stands an impressive 23 7/8 inches.. approx. 2 feet tall..... Brass chains in a very different style than your typical decorative scales.. wonderful deep brass balances ...Brass needs polishing.. In excellent vintage/used condition email questions
