It has a patent number on the bottom of 118579 and genuine hand engraving. It is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with no chips or cracks and no crazing. You will not want to miss out on this lovely piece of china! Although I package my shipments very well, as you can see from my feedbacks, I highly recommend adding shipping insurance. I live in a rural area and even the best wrapped packages sometimes do not make the journey intact. This small amount added is more than worth your investment as well as mine. If the item is delivered by the US Postal Service and arrives broken, the settlement will have to be made between you and your local post office. I cannot guarantee a refund on items not insured.
