Offered for Your B id : A Barclay Third or Classic Series Transport Set, with an excellent Green Cab & and an Orange Trailer that have the original white rubber tires. The cab is probably the nicest I have seen in quite a while & the orange trailer has a few paint dings. The white tires have been gently cleaned to enhance the appearance of this toy. This set features a Yellow Buick Sedan and a L ight Blue Plymouth Coupe. Both cars exhibit minimal play wear. The yellow car has a speck of red paint near the driver side headlight and the blue coupe came from the factory with a light coat of paint on the passenger side.This is the last of the white rubber tires gave way to the black synthetic tires during WW II as rubber was critical to the war effort in the mid 40's. This Barclay Transport Set was manufactured from 1939-1942. There are casting flaws in the different vehicles & trailer that is normal for this manufacturing process. There are no stress or fatigue cracks in the castings. See pictures for verification. This set displays very well . Truck & trailer measure a little over 4 1/2" long Cars measure approximately 1 5/8" long Description with pictures are as accurate as I can give.
