If you want something in mint condition, please do not bid. The Haunted Mansion Record with the 11-page picture book does have some damage. Although all the pages are in the book, without writing or tears, they show wear, and some of the pages are loose. The record has a couple of skips - one on the 1st side, towards the end, and a small one on the 2nd that can be pushed and you won't miss anything. You still get to hear the great majority of the story and the pictures are great. If you are just curious to see and listen to this really cool item without paying a really high price, then this would be great for you. The other record is produced by Disney too and is of different scary sounds the Imagineers used in the Haunted Mansion. T aren't any pictures with this record, and I think t may be a small skip on this album too. I ended up taking digital pictures, cropped, and enhanced to make a CD Cover/Booklet, and was able to record this onto a CD to make my own cleaned up copy of this ... $5.00 shipping and handling.
