Vintage, Disney's Lady and the Tramp Clock by Mi-Ken Clock ticks and the eyes move, the only thing is that when you attach the circle weight, it stops swinging and the eyes stop moving. I think the weight is too heavy so it cannot swing it. Minor scratches and scuff marks are present through out. Small stains are also present. The key has rust on it. What you see is what you get.
