VINTAGE DUNCAN PARKING METER THIS IS A VINTAGE, ORIGINAL PARKING METER. THIS PARTICULAR METER HAS MONEY STUCK IN IT WHICH I BELIEVE IS CAUSING THE MECHANISMS TO STICK. IT IS JUST AS FOUND. T IS NO DAMAGE TO THE METER JUST SOME SCRATCHES, SCUFFS AND CHIPPED PAINT. IT IS UNLOCKED BUT I HAVE NO KEY. YOU CAN DRILL OUT THE OLD CAM LOCK AND REPLACE IT.
