Beautiful Zaandam Vintage Dutch Wall Clock * Zaandam 'vintage wall clock* Original dial with handpainted Roman numbers * Chain driven with 2 chains with heavy brass pear-shaped weights * Man-on-horse shaped pendulum inside clock * 8-Day (german) movement* Clock strikes every full and half hour * Atlas figurine holds a wooden globe * On top ornament is a peace dove engraved* Beautiful brass ornaments * Made of rosewood* Dimensions are 65cm x 25cm x 16cm * Clock appears to be in very good condition * This clock is working and chiming properly * Weights about 8kgs * All your friends will love your new clock !! * Clock is an used item, not new* No guarantees on the movement* This clock might needs cleaning *Please check pictures closely.I've taken many of them to show the whole clock incl all irregularities and signs of wear If you have questions, please ask them béfore buying this clock! #635 The Zaandam clock is named after the originals which were designed and manufactured between 1675 and 1725 by several clock-making families who had settled in the Zaansestreek, a region bordering the small Zaan River just north of Amsterdam.
