You are bidding on a rare old EA Comfortair fan used on early model cars before you had window defrosters. Manufactured by E A Laburatories Inc, Brooklyn NY. This fan has been completely restored. New wire leads soldered to the motor. Motor cleaned, bearings cleaned and oiled. Housing, Blade and cage were glass blasted and repainted. Blade was balanced. Operates at 6v Approx.1.0 amps. Fan is mounted on a swival base. The original name plate was preserved which has years of wear. This fan was manufactured in the late 1920s and early 1930s. I could not find if the company is still around. This would be a great addition to your early model T or other early vintage car without a defrost or cooling system. Makes a great show piece.
