This chair overall is in amazing late 1950's vintage condition, it has it's original black eiffel tower base which is in superb shape with no rust, no re-welds and no bent wires. Its still has all four original glides (domes of silence), and all the original screws and bolts that haven't been touched - this is amazing as it shows this base came on this chair at initial purchase, making it a truly vintage piece.The black wire chair itself has no rust, no re-welds and no bent wires. The orange vinyl bikini two piece pad, which was originally designed by Alexander Girard, has the loop but is missing the button.
