Welcome to this auction for this vintage 1950's men's stainless steel Roamer watch. Its a very handsome watch with lots of character that keeps great time which has been serviced using the finest Swiss Moebius oils and grease. It will be an excellent addition to any watch collection. Please read below for more information. Brand: Roamer Year: Early 1950's Movement type: Manual Calibre: MST 372 Jewels: 17 Seconds hand type: Sweep centre Shock protection: SSR-Super shock resist Mainspring run time approximate: 36Hrs. Balance wheel vph:18000 Movement serial number: None Movement condition : Movement is in great working order, Its been serviced. . No rust on the movement body, its very clean indeed. The movement displays the letters FXU, which was Louis Aisenstein and bros importers code used for watches to be imported in to America. Case material: Stainless steel Case diameter without crown or lugs: 33.17mm Case back type: Case back holds the movement which can be separated from the main body. Case numbers: 215999 and 180459 are brevete (patent) numbers. Case thickness including the crystal: 10.79mm Crown details: Stainless steel 5.46mm diameter and non signed.
