My Sister and I received these soft chicks at Easter many years ago. I am not certain whether they are wool or cotton. They are soft, but firm. After all these years, they do show some soil and the little chick has lost a right eye. It's a little hard to get the little chick to stand straight. Large chick measures 5 1/4" from head to tail and stands about 4 1/2" tall to top of head. Little chick is 3" from head to tail and about 2 1/2" tall.
