VINTAGE EFFANBEE HALF PINT GIRL DOLL DATED 1966 This vintage doll is a 1966 hard to find Effanbee Half Pint Girl Doll. The doll is in the original box and it has never been played with. It has been stored for many years and the box is torn. She measures approximately 11” high and she is wearing a dress with pink and white checked top with checked bands of blue and white, pink and white and yellow and white, white sleeves and white bottom with a pink and white checked bow. She is wearing a straw hat. This is a baby doll with blond hair, expressive face, dark brown eyes and eyelashes. The pictures are of the actual doll. The doll is sold as is.
