Egg Boiler--5 1/2 inches tall-- belonged to my mother in law and possibly someone else in the family before her. No doubt about what it is because it says so right on the top! I don't know the exact age but am guessing it came out sometime between the 30's and 50's. The set is complete with a little measuring cup for water which indicates how much water to add depending on time the eggs should boil. It also has a removable metal egg holder and round plate that sits in the base...to make cleaning easier, I guess. A total of 5 pieces. It's been used; a little rust on the screw in the bottom, but in really good condition; has been in my house--only used once here--for at least 15 years and is time for me to make space for items I use more often! I'm not sure how well it works now. It heats but I don't like "testing" anything that partners electricity and water. I cannot find the name of the manufacturer on the boiler nor can I find one just like it.
