Here we have for sale a Vintage Eros Hollowbody Archtop. I assume it is fairly rare as I cannot find ANYTHING about it online. It says made in Japan on the neck plate so I can only imagine Matsumoku is responsible for it. Given that it's fairly similar to the Epiphone Archtops of the time. Very good condition, has been well looked after and doesn't seem to be missing anything. Plugged it in and it works fine and has a very warm full sound. Great thinline binding all around the body, fretboard and headstock. Definately made with some skill and quality, just hasn't lasted over the years of storage. The only downside is that it needs a little bit of neck work. The neck is fairly bent as expected with old guitars from 60's/70's Would be a great fix up for someone like a Luthier who knows what they are doing. I'd say the neck just needs shimmying to bring it back to it's original glory. Any info, offers or questions then feel free to message me. Collection from Caversham, Reading. Thanks.
