Vintage ErzgebirgeExpertic Town Crier Wooden German Smoker 7 ½ “ Tall I invite you to bid on a beautiful Vintage German Town Crier Smoker from Erzgebirge. This Town Crier is marked as "Made in the German Democratic Republic" ie. Deutsche Demokratische Republik) which represented East Germany from 1949 to 1990 A town crier, or bellman, is an officer of the court who makes public pronouncements as required by the court. The crier can also be used to make public announcements in the streets. Criers often dress elaborately, by a tradition dating to the 18th century. Smoker was never burned with Incense 7 ½ " Tall It comes in the original box with the authentic markings of a genuine Erzgebirge Expertic Smoker Box shows some signs of storage
